This template can be used to create either a pair or grid of four content boxes, each with a header, image, sub-text and linking capabilities, . It is primarily used for navigation purposes.

Template fields

Main Title - This is the main title for the content area, and can be used as a header to introduce the content. It will appear in <h1> tags at the top of the content.

Main Summary - This summary can be used to provide an overview or introduction to the content, appearing as a paragraph block above the boxes. Enter your summary into the HTML box. Aim for a maximum of 200 characters in your description. Ensure that you put your text into paragraphs by highlighting your text and selecting Paragraph from the Format drop down menu.

Heading n - This is the heading field of the corresponding content box, appearing above the image.

SubHeading n - This is the the sub-text field of the corresponding content box, appearing below the image.

Image nThis is the image for the content block. The recommended image size for this template is 600 x 300 pixels.´╗┐

Box n URL - This field is used to link the text and image to a page within the website. To do this, click on Select. Then using the site structure navigate to the page you want to link to and click on it.

Box n URLExternal - This field is used to link the text and image to a page within the old Strathclyde website or to an external website e.g. www.bbc.co.uk. Do not use this field to link to pages with the current Strathclyde website. To add a link just enter the full URL of the page you want to link to including http://.

Background Colour - Choose from a selection of background colours for the content boxes.
